Welcome to Engraved Bond ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your use of www.engravedbond.com and your purchases of our personalized and standard jewelry. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Orders & Payments
Pricing: All prices are in USD and exclude sales tax (calculated at checkout, if applicable).
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as our customization and production process begins shortly after.
Payment Methods: We securely accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
3. Shipping & Delivery
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or VAT according to their local laws.
Processing Time: Estimated delivery time does NOT include order processing time. Standard items are processed within 3 business days. Customized items and Lab-Grown diamonds require 5 - 30 business days for production.
Transit Times: Standard Shipping takes 7-15 business days. Expedited Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for detailed timelines.
4. Returns & Refunds
Standard Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund (must be unused and in original packaging). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for buyer's remorse.
Custom Jewelry & Lab-Grown Diamonds: These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
How to Return: Please email support@engravedbond.com to initiate a request and receive authorization. Do not send items back without contacting us first. For more details, please review our full Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, text, and product images are the exclusive property of Engraved Bond.
Personal Use Only: You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our custom designs or website content for commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Damage caused by improper care, wear and tear, or misuse of the jewelry.
Shipping delays due to carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters).
7. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
