IV. Processing and Delivery Time

• Order Processing: Please note that the estimated delivery time does NOT include order processing time. For non-customized items, we process and prepare orders within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. For customized items, we process and prepare orders within 5 - 10 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

V. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
