Refund policy
At Engraved Bond, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund. To be eligible for a return, your non-customized item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all tags and gifts).
2. Return Shipping Costs (Who Pays?)
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage), Engraved Bond will gladly cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or free exchange.
Customer Remorse: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size for non-custom items), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Customized & Personalized Jewelry
Because customized items (such as engraved name pieces) are made exclusively for you, they are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for customer remorse after order confirmation.
Exception: We will only exchange or refund customized items if they arrive defective (e.g., structural flaws, incorrect materials) or if the final product does not match the agreed-upon design.
4. Lab-Grown Diamond Products
Because each lab-grown diamond is custom-made and cut specifically for your order, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we guarantee a free exchange if there is a quality issue caused by us (e.g., certification mismatch, craftsmanship flaw). Every diamond comes with IGI/GIA reports for authenticity.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, all earrings (non-defective) cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@engravedbond.com with your order number and proof of condition (photos/videos). Please do not send your purchase back to the original sender's address without contacting us first. We will provide you with the designated return address and instructions upon approval.
