2. Orders & Payments

Pricing: All prices are in USD and exclude sales tax (calculated at checkout).

Orders Cancellation: All orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
3. Shipping & Delivery

International Orders: Customer responsible for customs/duties.
- Please note that the estimated delivery time does NOT include order processing time. For non-customized items, we process and prepare orders within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. For customized items, we process and prepare orders within 5 - 10 business days after payment is confirmed.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7 - 15 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 5 business days (additional fee applies).
4. Returns & Refunds

Standard Items: Conditional return within 30 days for refund (unused, original packaging).

Custom Jewelry: Final sale (non-refundable unless defective).

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and product images are owned by Engraved Bond.

Personal Useage Only: You may not reproduce or resell our custom designs.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Damage caused by improper care of jewelry.

Delays due to carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
