Shipping Policy
Engraved Bond ships to United States, Canada, and Austrlia. We partner with major domestic and international carriers to ensure that your package safely reaches its destination on time.
Method of Transport:
We use the following carrier for transportation: DHL, UPS, USPS, or YunExpress for all orders. If you paid for shipping and asked for a refund, we'll not refund you the shipping cost.

Transportation Time:
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods like BFCM and Christmas, please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch. For customized items, we process and prepare orders within 5 - 10 business days after payment is confirmed. After the product is shipped, it usually takes 5-21 business days to arrive based on the shipping method you choose.
P.S.: Due to the complex craftsmanship of lab-grown diamonds:
Standard Processing Time: 15-30 business days after order confirmation
Peak Season (Holidays, Valentine's Day, etc.): May require additional time
Please note that shipping time does NOT include processing time.
The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time.
Upon receipt of your order, we will conduct quality control checks and tests to ensure that the quality of the products is guaranteed prior to shipment.
The average processing time is about 3 business days. However, it may also be affected by the inventory status of materials.

Transportation cost:
For all orders, the standard shipping cost is $0 and we'll ship it through YunExpress, which takes 7-15 business days to arrive. And the price for expedited shipping is $15.99 and we will ship it through DHL or USPS, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Taxation Information:
For the United States;
We don’t charge any taxes in the United States.
For other countries;
In most countries/regions, our customers do not have to pay import charges, customs duties or value added tax (VAT).
However, for some limited countries, you may need to pay customs duties or VAT according to the collection rules of your country/region. You can check with your local customs for more information.

How to track shipping orders:
We will send the tracking number through your email address where you placed the order. For the tracking number, it will take 2-3 days to take effect on the tracking website website, because it takes a certain amount of time to scan and upload the logistics information.
