Return & Exchange Details
- Non-Customized Jewelry
- Eligible for return/exchange within 30 days if: item is unused, in original packaging (including tags/gifts).
- Reason: Defects (e.g., breakage, loose stones, fading not caused by misuse), or wrong item.
- Exception: Earrings (non-defective) cannot be returned/exchanged due to hygiene.
- Customized Jewelry
- Only eligible for exchange if:
- Item is defective (e.g., structural flaws, incorrect materials).
- Final product does not match agreed-upon design.
- Note: No returns/exchanges for customization items after order confirmation.

Refund Details
- Full Refund & Particial Refund: Non-customized items issued for defects, errors, or discrepancies, we offer full refund. For solid gold items, please allow us to retain 30% of the order amount as a labor and material fee. Original shipping costs are not included for any refund.
- Non-Defective Custom Return/Exchange/Refund: Not accepted unless required by law.
- Processing Time: Refunds issued within 3 business days of receiving returned items.

Because each lab-grown diamond is custom-made for your order, we have a strict no-refund policy. Here's why:
