“14k and 18k real pure gold” and is it really gold?
Yes, if you choose "14K and 18K Real Solid Gold" in the material options, you'll get a genuine gold necklace!
Is it really my pet's face or name engraved on the necklace?
Sure thing! Every little piece we create comes straight from a photo you send us—it’s all about turning your special moments into something truly one-of-a-kind!
How do I know that I will be satisfied with the face engraving?
No pictures are sent by default, please email us in advance if you need one and we will send you a mockup featuring a sketch based on the photo for your approval. Of course, we are happy to make minor adjustments to ensure absolute perfection!
Are your necklaces Nickel-Free?
Absolutely! Our necklaces are totally nickel-free, so you can sparkle away without any worries about allergies.
Will my necklace tarnish?
Our necklaces are made of high-end stamping process, which can keep the luster and color without fading as long as you take reasonable care of it.
How do I store my jewelry?
If you’re not planning to wear your jewelry for a bit, just wrap it up in some acid-free tissue paper to keep it safe and shiny!
About Shipping
What are your production and shipping times?
All custom pieces are made to order by a jewelry artisan with a production time of 7 business days and a shipping time of 5-10 business days, with production times varying as orders increase during peak seasons.

Do you make all of your work yourself?
We have our own factory where our team hand stamps, drills, polishes and assembles customized products. We do have a number of partners around the globe from whom we source some of our materials, components and products. All partners, both national and international, are paid a fair wage and products are ethically sourced and made.
Every product that leaves our studio is thoroughly quality checked by our team and lovingly hand-packed by us! ♡
How do I know when my order will ship?
You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio.
Can I upgrade my delivery speed after I place an order?
Once an order has been placed, it is possible to raise it before it has been shipped, only the shipping cost needs to be replenished.
You can immediately contact our Customer Support team at info@engravedbond.com to change the shipping method and expedite the shipping of your entire order (as long as your order has not started in any way; our team will not be able to accommodate your request if the order has already started).
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These duties vary from country to country and are charged based on the labeled “value” of the package contents.
Engraved Bond is not responsible for these charges. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the charges that may be incurred for imported goods at the time of delivery/pickup.
Not all packages are subject to duty/customs fees, and there are currently no duties in the United States, so if you have additional questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
